Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return unused items* within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom items, special orders, bits, items marked as "final sale", or consignment merchandise, other than saddles on trial. Please contact us prior to sending any returns for instructions.  Return shipping for merchandise is the same policy as our trial saddles, shipping is non-refundable and you may either purchase a label through us or visit USPS, UPS, or FedEX and ship to our address.  We recommend that you insure any return shipments for your protection.
